• Resolve technical issues and monitor site progress.
• Manage material tracking and documentation.

• Maintain attendance, leave, payroll, and HR records.
• Coordinate with site teams for labour planning and deployment.
• Arrange and manage daily labour force as per site needs.
• Communicate effectively with workers in Hindi for smooth operations.
• Address worker grievances and ensure a safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Support training, engagement activities, and audit documentation.

•  Perform plumbing, electrical, and welding maintenance tasks as per requirements.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, plumbing systems, and welding work on-site.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, pipe leaks, and mechanical faults.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations.
• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.
