We are looking for a highly experienced Construction & Civil Manager with strong expertise in industrial and warehouse building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the project — from planning to final handover.
• Manage execution, quality, safety, and cost within timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for smooth progress. 
• Lead and guide engineers, supervisors, and site personnel effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company and client standards.
   

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial and warehouse construction.
• Ability to handle projects independently from start to completion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

💡 Candidates with prior project execution experience in Sri City will have added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify RA bills, subcontractor bills, and client invoices. 
• Handle quantity take-off, BOQ verification, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with site, procurement, and accounts teams for accurate billing.
• Maintain all project documentation related to billing and measurements. 
• Support management in project cost monitoring and certification processes.
   

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in billing for industrial and warehouse projects.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, rate analysis, and project estimation.

💡 Candidates with prior project execution experience in Sri City will have added advantage.
